JOeB Ltd. has issued new shares through a third-party allotment to Kagoshima Development Co., Ltd. (Kagoshima, Japan) .
The capital increase was completed on February 18, 2022. As a result of this capital increase, the Company’s capitalization is now approximately 440 million yen.
With this capital increase, JOeB will be able to secure financial soundness for business development and proceed with the construction of the Okinawa Plant and the development of innovative products.
