With regard to the coating process that aims for “zero” environmental impact by combining our unique coating pre-treatment technology and powder coating, we have conducted a coating trial on aluminum pipes and confirmed good appearance quality and initial adhesion of the coating film.
Furthermore, we are now conducting durability tests of the coating film. At present, we have confirmed that there is no abnormality in the coating film after 120 hours of moisture and salt water resistance tests. We will continue to test the durability for 240 hours.
