We are pleased to announce that Ryukyu Kaiun Kaisha (Head Office: 1-24-11 Nishi, Naha City, Okinawa, Japan) has become our major shareholder through a third-party allocation of new shares.
We have also agreed to form a business alliance with Ryukyu Kaiun Kaisha for the purpose of further developing logistics in Okinawa.
