By reviewing the conventional manufacturing method from scratch, we will significantly reduce the amount of energy required, and at the same time, will keep fossil fuel consumption at our factory to a minimum by electrifying processing equipments & devices and effectively utilizing waste heat.
Zero VOC emissions and toxic wastewater
By reviewing each step of pre-treatment and painting process, we will reduce the amount of VOCs, which are feared to affect human bodies, to zero. We also aim to eliminate the generation of toxic substances from waste liquids that are harmful to the environment and human health.
